The IBS Rare Book Room contains an extensive collection of Buddhist materials and resources for the academic study of Buddhism and religion.
In 2008, the IBS received a generous gift on behalf of the family of the late Prof. Masatoshi Nagatomi which adds greatly to our collection.
The Rare Book Room is not currently open to the public as we are in the midst of reorganization and cataloging the materials. Please check our website for updates.
