Kim-Mai Cutler is a partner at Initialized Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm that was an early investor in Coinbase, Cruise, Flexport, Instacart and Patreon. She is also active in the broader Bay Area community, serving on San Francisco’s Local Homeless Coordinating Board, the board of SPUR, a regional non-profit devoted to good governance, land-use and transportation policies, and TechEquity Collaborative. She was a journalist for 10 years, covering technology and finance for TechCrunch, Bloomberg and The Wall Street Journal.
